Problem Statement:

Enhance USPS customer experience by equipping senders with clear communication tools, introducing parcel tracking updates, and improving information accessibility for efficient and alternative sending methods.

My Role:

Collaboratively worked on implementing the service design tools on the chosen service- Value exchange map, customer journey map, service blueprint, design research plan & future state service blueprint

Deliverables:

Solutions based on key opportunity areas that suggested interventions in the various domains and steps of the service and storyboarding showcasing those interventions
