Led a 24-person multidisciplinary team in conducting comprehensive research, including surveys, interviews, and ethnographic studies, resulting in the extraction of 10 key insights and identification of user pain points.

Led collaboration efforts with Google’s Product Managers, UX Researchers and Industrial Designers resulting in increase in user satisfaction for Assistant's onboarding and interaction strategies, as measured through user feedback metrics.

Orchestrated workshops to refine information architecture and conducted iterative A/B testing of prototypes with over 50 users, resulting in the optimization of customer journeys.

Developed 5 AI-driven UX guiding principles supported with high-fidelity designs and interactive user interface prototypes and designed 5 signature sound libraries, consistent with Google’s style guides and design standards.
